1. CONCEPT AND PLANNING
I will create an inspiration board with ideas for materials, colors and items along with 3 options for a new layout of the house. Together we will choose the design concept.
2. CONTRACTOR SELECTION
After we have formulated the final plan, I will create a set of work plans (demolition, construction, plumbing, electricity and lighting) to receive price quotes from contractors.
3. MATERIAL SELECTION
We will select finishing materials such as: flooring, wall coverings, sanitary ware, and all the materials that need to be prepared for the contractor.
4. WORK PLANS
I will finally update the work plans after selecting the contractor and materials. I will create section, flooring, kitchen and carpentry plans.
5. SHOPPING TOURS
We will hold focused shopping days according to an organized list to choose aluminum, doors, lighting, furniture, textiles, accessories, plants, art and more.
6. SUPERVISION
I will visit the site during the execution phase, I will give explanations and supervise the various professionals in the beginning and end stages.
